We don't just sell a property and step away. Through our own construction and short-stay rental management, we help owners either live in what they've bought or turn it into income.
Our first subdivision project, a 14-lot development at Wadduwa–Weragama on the south coast, is currently underway — serviced lots, clear deeds, three-phase electricity, pipe-borne water, and flexible payment plans including bank loan facilitation.
How we work
We're a small core team based in Waskaduwa, working through a network of vetted subcontractors and partners for construction, interior design, and legal work. Think of us as your developer and coordinator — we manage the project and the people, so you don't have to.
